Join us Saturday, October 17th at 1:00 p.m. for adults and 1:30 p.m. for youth ages 8 to 15.
In an exciting one-hour class, you'll get into the fabrics to learn simple poses, how to climb, and even how we use the silks in conditioning exercises designed to help you build the strength and flexiblity for more advanced movements.
No previous experience is necessary. Just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone (maybe -up- from your comfort zone?) and we'll show you how just about everyone has an inner circus performer.
