Our Intro to Silks class is designed for real people with real bodies—people who are curious, a little nervous, and ready to try something new. Beginners are not just welcome here; they’re who this class is for. If you can show up and listen to your body, you can get into the fabrics and begin.

Aerial silks is challenging. It asks you to use muscles in new ways, to be patient with yourself, and to accept that you won’t be perfect on your first try (or your tenth). But that challenge is also what makes it so rewarding. Progress happens quickly when you’re supported, taught safely, and encouraged to take manageable risks—both physically and mentally.
