An empowering aerial silks program

Hanging Out Since 2015

Mountain Shadows Aerial Silks was founded on the West side of Colorado Springs by aerialist, professional performer, and instructor, Elizabeth Fluharty. Hundreds of students have found their inner circus performer participating in programs that have grown to include over 30 weekly classes for adults, teens, and youth at all levels. Come try silks for yourself in an intro lesson for new students. Click "Get Started" below.

So much more than just technique...

Many students take their first class thinking that aerial silks will be a fun way to work out, an exciting experience, and a brag-worthy skill to learn. While silks training at Mountain Shadows Aerial Silks is all of those things - what students discover is that it becomes so much more. In the process of becoming an aerialist, students not only learn and grow physcially, but also tap into their individual emotional, psychological, and creative strengths. They refine their ability to set and meet challenging goals, to work tenaciously on developing their skill, and the power of postive support from classmates who become those special never-gonna-forget-you kind of friends.

We're incredibly proud of the skills and artistry demonstrated by our students...
and even more honored to see their remarkable personal growth as they continue in their aerial journey.
